In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor to MongoDB customers, guiding them on best practices and technology strategy. You will de-escalate issues, build account plans, and lead executive business reviews, while collaborating across Sales, Professional Services, and Product teams to drive customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or similar role
  • Strong advocacy for customers and passion for their success
  • Technology aptitude and curiosity to learn database concepts
  • High autonomy and ability to make key decisions for customer outcomes
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to build new processes

Responsibilities

  • Act as strategic advisor to customers on MongoDB best practices and technology strategy
  • Collect customer feedback and inform internal teams (Product, Professional Services, Leadership)
  • De-escalate and resolve critical customer issues
  • Build and execute account plans to mitigate risk and drive growth
  • Lead in-person executive business reviews with C-suite executives
