You'll own the full enterprise sales lifecycle, winning new logos and expanding strategic accounts in complex manufacturing environments. You'll drive revenue by selling plant-level software solutions that connect planning, scheduling, and execution. This role offers the chance to shape digital transformation initiatives across aerospace, automotive, and industrial manufacturing.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, qualification, and closing
- Drive new revenue by selling integrated manufacturing solutions
- Build structured account strategies with value propositions and stakeholder mapping
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, and Services teams
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years enterprise software sales in manufacturing (APS, MES)
- Proven track record exceeding $1MM+ ARR targets
- Experience selling into complex manufacturing sectors like aerospace & defense
- Ability to engage multi-stakeholder buying groups at plant and enterprise levels

- Experience with ABM and strategic account planning
- Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
