• Lead and develop a team of Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates
• Drive sales and meet studio performance targets
• Ensure inventory control and loss prevention compliance
• Train and onboard new staff on safety and customer experience

📋 Requirements

• Retail management experience for 3-5 years
• Proven ability to drive sales and optimize profitability
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends

• Jewelry experience
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations for piercing
