💼 About This Role
You'll be a critical partner to the South of England's most highly regarded restaurants, cultivating relationships to help them scale their online sales. You'll drive partner performance through data analysis and industry insights to maximize order volumes and unlock growth potential. This role requires being out on the road meeting partners around Colchester, Chelmsford, Ipswich and surrounding areas.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Drive partner performance using data analysis and industry insights
- Manage senior relationships through face-to-face and remote communication
- Negotiate high-value contracts for optimal terms and long-term value
- Optimize operations by resolving friction points with restaurant and rider teams
📋 Requirements
- Significant experience in account management or similar commercial role
- Strong commercial acumen to interpret data and drive growth
- Proven negotiation skills for complex conversations and outcomes
- Exceptional communication to build rapport and influence stakeholders
