• Find and attract top talent to our client using deep sourcing techniques
• Partner with stakeholders to demonstrate value of good talent practice
• Provide excellent candidate experience and top-of-funnel support
• Schedule candidate interviews, travel, and logistics accurately

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of recruitment sourcing experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sourcing skills and expertise with Boolean
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and detail-orientation
