Description
You will own end-to-end GTM strategy for key platform launches, develop positioning and messaging, lead customer and market insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and revenue growth for Altruist's Investment product suite.

Responsibilities
- Own qualitative, quantitative, and competitive research; translate insights into ICP definitions, segmentation, and actionable GTM strategies.
- Develop positioning frameworks, value propositions, and messaging for core products and platform capabilities.
- Lead end-to-end GTM planning and execution for new features and product initiatives; partner with Design to produce launch and sales assets.
- Partner with Product and Marketing to design and execute prospecting, onboarding, and lifecycle programs across web, email, webinars, and events.
- Partner with Product and BI to define success metrics, build dashboards, monitor performance, and act on insights.
- Collaborate with Comms and Content to develop narratives and content reinforcing product leadership.
- Equip Sales and customer-facing teams with compelling collateral such as one-pagers, pitch decks, and case studies.
