You'll act as a trusted advisor guiding customers through solution design, implementation, and long-term success. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to develop tailored telecom solution proposals.
• Lead customer-facing technical discussions, presentations, and workshops.
• Support the full customer engagement lifecycle from pre-sales to post-contract optimization.
• Analyze customer feedback and market trends to contribute to product enhancements.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years designing, developing, or deploying telecom BSS/OSS solutions.
• Strong understanding of telecom architectures including 5G monetization and AI-driven solutions.
• Experience in customer-facing solution architecture or consulting roles.
• Background in software development or systems integration.
