Description

You will service and repair commercial generators on cell phone towers, performing diagnostics, maintenance, and installations. This role requires independence, travel, and on-call availability.

Requirements

• 2+ years generator maintenance experience preferred, minimum 1 year intense work-related experience
• Thorough knowledge of generator installation, maintenance, and repair
• Knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components
• Moderate computer skills
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs, stoop, bend, kneel, climb, stand for long periods, and pass DOT physical

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair generators, including diagnosing problems and replacing components
• Perform performance checks and regular maintenance on generators
• Install fuel and water supply lines, pumps, electrical wiring, and controls
• Respond promptly to power/generator alarms and be on call 24/7 when assigned
• Work safely following OSHA standards and use safety equipment
