Description

You will drive the operation, build, and deployment of Starlink's global network, managing interconnections, improving performance and reliability, and supporting strategic customers and sales teams. Collaborating across hardware, software, and network teams, you'll help expand the world's most advanced broadband internet system.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in technical/engineering discipline or 2+ years networking experience
• 1+ year enterprise or cloud web-scale networking experience
• Layer-1 experience (DWDM, optical fiber, circuit troubleshooting)
• Experience deploying networking hardware (routers, switches, firewalls)

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand network interconnections, co-location sites and POPs
• Improve network performance, reliability, capacity planning, and failure detection
• Lead network integration and troubleshooting for strategic Starlink customers
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and network engineers to improve products
• Provide technical pre-sales support and mentor junior engineers
