🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from intake to offer.
• Partner with department heads on hiring plans.
• Build and scale internal mobility and referral programs.
• Optimize recruiting KPIs like time-to-fill and quality-of-hire.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Proven success in full-cycle recruitment across functions.
• Strong understanding of internal mobility and talent pipelines.
• Experience with ATS and HRIS platforms and data-driven decision-making.

• Experience with AI or tech startups.
