Description
In this role, you will partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product to drive scalable pricing strategies and deal execution, modernizing the Deal Desk through automation and AI-driven workflows. You'll lead initiatives enhancing deal structuring, pricing governance, and operational efficiency for North America and also support APAC business, helping improve speed, accuracy, and decision-making.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Deal Desk or related roles (deal management, pricing planning, or tech strategy), ideally in AdTech
- Expertise in designing automated validation frameworks for pricing models
- Proficiency in Salesforce workflows and automation; experience with ThoughtSpot, Tableau, or Ironclad is a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple high-priority projects
- Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and strategic mindset
Responsibilities
- Drive complex deal structuring and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product
- Manage commercial incentives across North America and APAC, ensuring alignment with regional dynamics
- Partner with Legal to analyze contract language and mitigate risks
- Support pricing and go-to-market decisions through financial modeling and deal tracking
- Build and maintain automation workflows in Salesforce to streamline deal approvals
