You'll lead a team of engineers to scale production and implement best practices for quality, service, and cost efficiency. You'll oversee the full lifecycle of our products, from NPI to production support. This role offers the chance to drive continuous improvement in a fast-growing IoT company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team of manufacturing engineers
• Drive continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and workflows
• Serve as key technical lead for New Product Introduction (NPI)
• Provide hands-on technical support to contract manufacturing production lines

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or manufacturing engineering
• 5+ years in a management or leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering
• Deep expertise in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma
