💼 About This Role

You'll assess and treat sensory, motor, and developmental disorders in children using Cortica's Whole Child Approach at our Westlake Village center. You'll collaborate with a transdisciplinary team to create integrative treatment plans and provide individual, group, and co-treat therapy sessions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Establish occupational therapy treatment goals using dynamic and standardized assessments.
• Consult with transdisciplinary team members to create collaborative treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and co-treat therapy sessions as clinically appropriate.
• Contribute to autism diagnostic process by administering standardized assessments.

📋 Requirements

• Current and unrestrictive Occupational Therapy license in California.
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with autism diagnostic assessments like ADOS.
• Experience in pediatric neurodevelopmental settings.
• Bilingual skills.
