- Design, execute, and improve the Sales Incentive Plan across EMEA
- Manage end-to-end SIP operations including target setting and payouts
- Optimize tools and systems for SIP administration (CRM, reporting)
- Develop SIP roadmap for process optimization and automation
๐ Requirements
- Several years of experience in commercial operations or incentive compensation management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex datasets
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com and SAP
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI or equivalent
