  • Design, execute, and improve the Sales Incentive Plan across EMEA
  • Manage end-to-end SIP operations including target setting and payouts
  • Optimize tools and systems for SIP administration (CRM, reporting)
  • Develop SIP roadmap for process optimization and automation

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Several years of experience in commercial operations or incentive compensation management
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex datasets
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com and SAP
  • Proficiency in Excel and Power BI or equivalent
