You will support Agile teams by gathering requirements, ensuring delivery meets needs, and facilitating stakeholder collaboration. Your work will involve requirements analysis, process improvement, and systems testing to drive successful software development for government clients.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting Agile software development
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Active TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and/or GitHub
• Experience translating mission needs into epics and user stories in Agile environment

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements via interviews, workshops, and process observation
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications
• Create user stories, use cases, process flows, and system requirements with traceability
• Conduct gap analysis between current and future state; develop process maps and workflows
• Perform system testing and create reports/dashboards to support decision-making
