You'll work across marketplace, AI matching, and recruiting OS to build the global talent infrastructure. You'll shape the direction of a high-impact team and own outcomes from problem discovery to shipping. This role offers autonomy to solve enormous unsolved problems in a 9-figure revenue company with only 15 engineers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build systems to acquire and match candidates at scale
• Develop agentic recruiting systems using proprietary hiring data
• Create Recruiter CRM and AI-assisted workflow tools
• Ship end-to-end features from problem discovery to deployment
