💼 About This Role

You'll join our Football Squad to design, develop, and optimize data-intensive backend services that power live football events. You'll work on high-impact projects for FIFA and UEFA, building scalable systems with Java and Spring Boot. This role offers the chance to solve real-world problems at scale in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java Spring Boot
• Contribute to design decisions for new and existing projects
• Work on football data pipelines for FIFA, Serie-A, and UEFA
• Deploy and scale applications in AWS (ECS, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB)

📋 Requirements

• Expert-level Java 17+ and Spring Boot
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor engineers
• Strong experience with AWS or other major cloud providers
• Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS)

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (GitHub Actions, Terraform)
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
• Exposure to real-time data processing or sports tech
