Description

As a PAC Operations Intern, you will support the Patient Ambassador Center by working on data accuracy reporting, developing documentation and knowledge base materials, and helping create training content based on quality observations. This hands-on role offers insight into how a high-volume patient-facing team leverages technology, data, and strategy to operate 24/7.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program
• Preferred fields: Business, Communications, Marketing, Operations, Healthcare Administration, or Information Systems
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently and engaging cross-departmentally
• No prior professional experience required

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient contacts are correctly tracked and attributed within CCaaS platform
• Maintain and audit Point of Contact and Skill configurations, updating change logs
• Perform data analysis to surface discrepancies in contact volume and routing
• Capture team operations through observation and convert into SOPs and reference materials
• Review call recordings to identify patterns and create training content
