You'll lead onboarding automation and identity services for millions of users in a fast-growing FinTech. Your work will drive the technical direction of systems that define how users join and interact with Satispay, ensuring a seamless and secure journey.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead multi-service orchestration for user onboarding automation
• Improve anti-account takeover mechanisms and login flows
• Replace manual back-office tasks with automated workflows
• Ensure system reliability when integrating with external providers

📋 Requirements

• At least 5 years of back-end software engineering experience
• Deep experience with Java
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS is a plus)
• Proven ability to mentor peers and conduct technical analysis

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
