Description

You will serve as a strategic advisor to hospital supply chain leaders within enterprise health systems, leveraging deep knowledge of implant workflows and acute care supply chain operations to drive measurable outcomes. You'll be the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, leading operational and financial discussions with Directors of Supply Chain and OR leadership, while translating platform insights into performance improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years in hospital supply chain, healthcare operations, or implantable device management.
• Direct experience in hospital/IDN Supply Chain, Perioperative Services, or OR Business management.
• Strong understanding of bill-only workflows, vendor-supported procedures, and implantable device procurement.
• Experience managing enterprise accounts in complex stakeholder environments.
• Proficient with Salesforce and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with enterprise hospital clients.
• Serve as SME in hospital implant supply chain (sourcing, contracting, procurement, vendor management).
• Lead operational and executive business reviews focused on cost containment, compliance, charge capture, and process standardization.
• Analyze client data to identify inefficiencies, financial leakage, and revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with client EHR/ERP teams (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Lawson) to ensure integration alignment.
