💼 About This Role

You'll join Peek, the operating system for the experiences industry, scaling high-quality data infrastructure to power AI and analytics. You'll help build the Data Engineering practice, transforming disparate data into performant datasets for BI and AI data products. This role stands out for its impact on trustworthy data across a rapidly growing startup with a global remote team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build performant, accurate datasets from varied sources using GCP, DBT, and Airflow.
• Design and own data pipelines and models powering internal analytics.
• Drive collection of new data and refine existing data sources.
• Improve data visualization tooling and platform for dynamic reporting.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in a data engineering role focusing on pipelines and modeling.
• 2+ years direct experience with DBT and/or BigQuery.
• Proficiency with relational databases (Postgres) and SQL.
• Experience with Python and ETL tools (Airbyte, DBT, Airflow, etc.).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with reporting tools like Looker.
• Familiarity with B2C analytic data.
• Experience with AI data infrastructure concepts (embedding pipelines, vector search, RAG).
