You'll join the Global Sales Enablement team to architect and deliver world-class learning experiences that drive measurable seller performance. You'll own the full instructional design lifecycle, translating complex cybersecurity concepts into compelling learner-centric content.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and develop comprehensive learning programs across multiple modalities
• Conduct training needs analyses and recommend learning interventions
• Produce high-quality learning assets using authoring tools
• Lead structured SME engagement and content review cycles

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years experience in instructional design for sales enablement
• Advanced proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise)
• Experience with LMS platforms such as MindTickle
• Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in cybersecurity or B2B SaaS
• Familiarity with video coaching tools like MindTickle Missions
• Knowledge of learning science principles (cognitive load, spaced repetition)
