You'll join the Flex Pay team as one of the first SDR hires to drive revenue growth by creating qualified opportunities through consultative, value-driven outreach. You'll fuel pipeline in the retail and non-travel sectors, shape prospecting motion, and introduce FlexPay's BNPL offering to enterprise and mid-market merchants. This role is ideal for a self-starter thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Build and manage a high-velocity prospecting engine across outbound channels.
  • Identify, research, and prioritize high-potential accounts and buyer personas.
  • Translate FlexPay's BNPL value proposition into compelling outreach.
  • Qualify inbound interest and convert into high-quality pipeline.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1-3 years of B2B SDR/BDR experience in technology, fintech, or e-commerce SaaS.
  • Proven track record of exceeding activity and meeting targets.
  • Fluent with modern sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Comfortable with cold calling and creative outbound.
