You'll build client relationships through consultations and cross-selling Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies. This role offers comprehensive training and a clear path to agency ownership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify prospects and convert leads into policyholders
• Conduct client consultations to assess coverage needs
• Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
• Use CRM tools to manage leads and follow-up tasks

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of sales or customer service experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Confidence making outbound calls and closing deals
• Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license
