Requirements

• BA/BS in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
• 12+ years of industry experience in project and client management
• Ability to grow water resources program through expansion and hiring
• Professional license preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise teams on complex water resources projects
• Lead business development and client management
• Mentor and train project managers and staff
• Prepare proposals, scopes, budgets, and schedules
• Ensure QA/QC and risk management on projects
