  • Provide second-level support for critical tickets across Coupa's product suite.
  • Diagnose integration challenges, workflow errors, and API-related incidents.
  • Escalate issues and provide updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to knowledge base by creating FAQs and documentation.

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years of enterprise-level technical support experience in SaaS or procurement.
  • Japanese language proficiency (verbal and written) for customer interaction.
  • Linux/Unix systems, networking, and application architecture knowledge.
  • SQL for data analysis, XML/HTML for configs, and REST APIs for validation.
