You'll lead the machining engineering organization and define the machining strategy for next-generation space stations at Vast. Your work will directly impact the rapid development of commercial space stations and ensure AS9100D and NASA 6030 compliance across all operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop the machining engineering organization.
• Define and execute the machining strategy for the company.
• Drive technical excellence across machining processes.
• Oversee project execution and delegate to engineering team.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Aerospace Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in machining or manufacturing engineering.
• 3–5 years in a leadership or management role.

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience with metal additive manufacturing and hybrid systems.
• Proficiency with NX, SolidWorks, and manufacturing simulation/CAM software.
