You'll serve as a strategic HR partner to a Regional General Manager, guiding people matters to support enterprise growth. You'll manage employee relations across a multi-state region and drive HR compliance through audits and training. This remote role offers the chance to shape culture and processes in a fast-growing retail brand.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with regional management on workforce planning and succession planning
• Conduct thorough investigations into employee concerns and policy violations
• Support performance management processes including goal setting and reviews
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to leadership

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of HR experience in a multi-state organization
• BA/BS in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience
• HR Certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred
• Experience in retail or service-based environments preferred
