• Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules.
• Lead full-cycle solution delivery including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Analyze Workday releases and implement relevant enhancements.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience in Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Workday certification in relevant modules preferred.
• End-to-end Workday solution delivery experience in a global, multi-country environment.

• Workday Studio, EIB, Report Writer, and Business Processes familiarity.
• SOX compliance and audit requirements knowledge.
• Master's degree.
