π― What You'll Do
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules.
- Lead full-cycle solution delivery including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Analyze Workday releases and implement relevant enhancements.
π Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience in Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking.
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Workday certification in relevant modules preferred.
- End-to-end Workday solution delivery experience in a global, multi-country environment.
β¨ Nice to Have
- Workday Studio, EIB, Report Writer, and Business Processes familiarity.
- SOX compliance and audit requirements knowledge.
- Master's degree.
