You'll support the Active Fleet team by coordinating repairs and maintenance to keep vehicles operational. You'll work closely with experienced colleagues and external partners to ensure fast, smooth case handling. This role offers growth in a high-potential scale-up with cross-functional teamwork.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and breakdowns in damage cases.
• Track fleet cases to ensure vehicles are returned to service quickly.
• Collaborate with external partners and internal teams for smooth processes.
• Support fallback solutions to maintain customer satisfaction as fleet grows.

📋 Requirements

• Service advisory or assistant experience preferred.
• Completed apprenticeship in automotive field (e.g., mechatronics or sales).
• Very good German (C2) and good English (B1).
• Structured working style and problem-solving orientation.
