• Cultivate strong relationships with enterprise customers

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of customer success or account management in SaaS
• 1+ years of sales experience preferred
• Strong technical aptitude with AI-powered tools
• Proven understanding of e-commerce businesses and marketing
