You'll join the Caregiver Wellness team to deconstruct complex benefits concepts for caregivers and drive benefits utilization. You'll conduct one-on-one orientations and manage benefits inquiries to improve caregiver satisfaction. This fully remote role impacts lives in the home care industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct individualized benefits orientations for caregivers
• Process sick time accruals and employment verifications
• Document call summaries with action items on Talk Desk
• Assist with HRA deposits and commuter benefit forms

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Experience in high-volume inbound and outbound call environment
• Technical proficiency navigating multiple systems (Salesforce, Empeon)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with FlexFacts or similar reimbursement portals
• Familiarity with Medflyt or home care scheduling software
