You'll own the Project Management function, building a high-performing team that delivers work on time and with clear accountability. You'll create and optimize PM systems using ClickUp, Notion, and Airtable to drive accountability. This is a fully remote position where you'll build and scale a PM function from the ground up.

• Own delivery execution and accountability
• Build and refine PM systems in ClickUp, Notion, Airtable
• Manage resource planning and team capacity

📋 Requirements

• Experience managing a PM team of 8+ people
• Marketing, advertising, or creative agency background
• Proven track record of building PM systems and driving team performance
• Experience with ClickUp, Notion, or similar project management tools

✨ Nice to Have

• PMP certification or equivalent
• Experience with creative workflow automation or AI-enabled delivery
• Background managing enterprise or high-growth accounts
