Description

You will support senior leadership in managing the balance sheet, ensuring liquidity, and mitigating interest rate risk. You'll collect and validate balance sheet data, monitor risk indicators, and act as a central point of contact between teams. Additionally, you'll compile internal reports for the Asset-Liability Committee and partner with data engineering teams to automate reporting.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, or Engineering
• 1–3 years in Treasury, ALM, or specialized Finance role
• Advanced Excel (VBA/Power Query)
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or ALM software (QRM, Ambit, Kamakura) preferred
• Familiarity with CNBV and Banxico liquidity/capital requirements and Basel III

Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end collection and validation of balance sheet data
• Support monitoring of key risk profitability indicators
• Serve as central point of contact for information flow between FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Risk, and Product
• Compile and quality control internal reports up to ALCO reporting package
• Partner with Data Engineering and IT to translate financial needs into technical specs
