Description

You will work closely with cross-functional leaders to scale community growth and optimization programs in Canada, reporting to the Country Manager. Your role includes driving business operations meetings, analyzing trends, leading strategic projects, and executing cross-functional initiatives spanning demand, supply, and regulatory surfaces.

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of work experience with exposure to data-modeling, analytics, and project management.
• World class written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record of influencing diverse cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to dive into details and zoom out to broader strategy.
• Ability to multi-task and coordinate across functions.
• Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience implementing and scaling initiatives across globally dispersed teams.
• Experience working cross-functionally with multiple departments.
• Hands-on approach and ability to get things done fast.
• Comfort with manipulating large datasets in Excel (required).
• SQL proficiency strongly preferred.

• Drive regular business operation meetings and initiate meaningful conversations.
• Analyze macro and micro trends and present actionable plans to leadership.
• Support Country Manager and senior leaders on key strategic projects.
• Own conception, execution, and measurement of cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
