🎯 What You'll Do

• Hire, coach and develop a diverse part-time hourly staff
• Lead service components: food quality, customer service, cleanliness
• Manage and audit inventory to maintain controls
• Create and execute local marketing drops

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of management/leadership in restaurant or retail
• Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts weekly (Thu-Sun)
• Proficiency with restaurant/retail business software, MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams
• Experience hiring employees using an Applicant Tracking System
