• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp sales goals
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative store team

• Oversee operations including shrink, payroll, and associate schedules

📋 Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
• Skills in communication, recruiting, operations (payroll, scheduling)
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
