Description

You will lead the development and integration of Anduril's Air Dominance and Strike technologies, partnering with the Chief Engineer to own program cost, schedule, and delivery while collaborating with government customers to rapidly field advanced defense systems.

• Execution focused with attention to detail and ownership of outcomes
• Collaborative partnership skills for customer relationship management
• Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
• Experience in defense or related industry preferred

Responsibilities

• Own development and deployment of Air Dominance Strike technologies with Chief Engineer
• Develop strong relationships with DOD customers for tight feedback loops
• Autonomously execute broad requirements from internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor program progress across cost, schedule, and resource allocation
• Develop lightweight processes and metrics for program planning and risk management
