🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead the Compliance product team and manage performance
• Develop compliance product solutions with internal stakeholders
• Track key metrics to improve compliance product performance
• Optimize user journey from registration through KYC

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in a technical or design-related field
• Experience building fintech compliance/KYC features
• Familiarity with crypto exchange KYC flows
• Fluency in English (Chinese preferred)

• Knowledge of Philippines and multi-country KYC rules
• Chinese language proficiency
