💼 About This Role

You'll own the technical side of customer GTM at Runlayer, running POCs and troubleshooting integrations to get enterprises live on our AI platform. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with customers, turning prospects into successful deployments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own technical GTM for POCs and customer implementations
• Run pre-sales technical deep dives and demos
• Troubleshoot integrations across customer environments
• Handle complex technical support and escalations

📋 Requirements

• ~4+ years with a CS degree from a strong program
• Background in consulting or solutions engineering
• Can establish credibility with senior engineers
• Comfortable with ambiguity and technical conversations
