💼 About This Role

You'll own Rippling end-to-end and serve as the operational backbone for payroll, benefits, and compliance at a scaling biotech startup. You'll ensure every employee has a seamless experience from Day 1.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage payroll, benefits, and onboarding/offboarding in Rippling
• Run multi-state and international payroll with PEO coordination
• Ensure US state compliance and support international entities
• Coordinate visa and immigration processes with outside counsel

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years in HR or People Ops at a scaling startup
• Expert-level Rippling experience including ownership
• Multi-state payroll and compliance experience, California a plus
• Experience coordinating visa and immigration cases

✨ Nice to Have

• Ashby experience
• International entity management experience
