💼 About This Role

You'll build internal tools and platform systems for managing and monitoring Nuro's autonomous vehicle fleet. You'll own features end-to-end, from responsive frontends to backend services, directly impacting how reliably and efficiently Nuro operates vehicles on public roads. This is hands-on product engineering at the intersection of fleet operations and software infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and ship full-stack applications using React and TypeScript
• Develop backend services and APIs integrating with vehicle systems and cloud infrastructure
• Build tools for fleet monitoring, vehicle health tracking, and maintenance workflows
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and Operations to define requirements and deliver features

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of professional full-stack software development experience
• Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript for production web applications
• Experience building and consuming RESTful or gRPC APIs

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with real-time data systems: WebSockets, Pub/Sub, streaming pipelines
• Experience with Protocol Buffers and gRPC
• Background in autonomous vehicle, robotics, logistics, or automotive industry
