You'll partner with Merchandising, Planning, and Allocation to ensure the right product is in the right place across all channels. You'll drive omni-channel inventory productivity and exceed targets on inventory turn, weeks of supply, in-stock, and fill rate. This role is key to optimizing core forecasting and replenishment for a growing intimate apparel brand.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own core forecasting and replenishment for your categories
• Drive strong in-stock and fill rate performance across channels
• Balance inventory across distribution centres and emerging channels
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory productivity
• Deliver clear, accurate reporting daily, weekly, and ad hoc

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in retail inventory management or related field
• Strong analytical skills with retail metrics experience
• Advanced Excel skills and strong data management
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with forecasting models or replenishment systems
• Experience with SQL or BI tools
• Comfortable with large datasets and dashboards
