💼 About This Role

You'll guide high school students through college admissions with a focus on top 50 universities. You'll create academic and extracurricular roadmaps, provide application feedback, and support passion discovery. This part-time remote role is with a venture-backed edtech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise students on extracurriculars and leadership opportunities.
• Help create college lists and rate schools (reach, target, safety).
• Guide through application process: essays, activities, recommendations.
• Strategize early action/decision and waitlist tactics.

📋 Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin (speaking and writing).
• Graduate from a top 50 national university.
• Experience as a college counselor with acceptances into top 50.
• Availability after 3:00 p.m. and/or weekends.

✨ Nice to Have

• Former admissions officer at top 50 colleges.
• Independent college counselor credentials (NACAC, WACAC, IECA).
• STEM background (computer science, engineering, medicine).
