💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the first point of contact for customer communications, monitoring and maintaining client infrastructure. You'll develop your DevOps career while troubleshooting and recovering systems in a remote, shift-based role.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor data centers, servers, applications, performance and availability
• Assess and prioritize faults, respond or escalate accordingly
• Provide 24/7 technical support to customers
• Troubleshoot issues using provided toolbox and define new tools

📋 Requirements

• Experience with Linux (CentOS, Ubuntu) for at least 1 year
• Understanding of AWS Cloud
• Intermediate English level
• Shift work schedule (12-hour shifts, day/night rotation)

✨ Nice to Have

• IT or computer science education
• Experience with Zabbix, Grafana or other monitoring systems
• Experience in Docker, Kubernetes, opentelemetry
