Description

You will oversee HVAC projects from initiation to completion, managing submittal processes, supplier delivery, subcontractor work, and project budgets. You'll serve as a liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely, quality project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years related experience or combination.
• Proficiency in inventory and scheduling software, Microsoft Office Suite.
• Project management, client relations, planning, organizing, adaptability, professionalism.
• Ability to develop project plans, coordinate activities, prioritize tasks, adapt to changing environments.
• Physical ability to climb stairs and ladders in construction environments.
• Tolerance to construction site noise, moving parts, outdoor conditions.
• Regular travel within New York City and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage submittal/shop drawing process, order materials, oversee supplier delivery.
• Develop scope documents, interview subcontractors, manage their work to meet timelines and budgets.
• Assist and resolve customer issues, maintain customer records, build relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Ensure successful submission, provisioning, and completion of assigned projects.
• Keep management informed, coordinate work with operational departments.
• Review invoices with customers, verify supplier invoices for accuracy.
• Clarify product or service problems and provide solutions.
• Collaborate for issue resolution through research and escalation.
• Complete special marketing projects as assigned.
