📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in a Technical Leadership position guiding teams and architecture.
• Advanced proficiency in Rust.
• Deep experience with high-concurrency, low-latency trading systems at scale.
• Hands-on experience deploying and operating AWS environments for ultra-low-latency workloads.
