💼 About This Role

You'll complete a paid training program to become a Registered Behavior Technician® (RBT) with BAYADA. You'll work with individuals with Autism and other IDDs in school-based settings to reduce challenging behaviors and foster independence. This role offers paid training and clear career growth from trainee to RBT.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement behavior intervention plans in classrooms
• Document client progress and collect behavior data
• Collaborate with teachers and school teams
• Provide hands-on instruction to help students meet goals

📋 Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or 48 college credits including Math 100 and English 100, or High School diploma with ParaPro assessment
• Complete RBT Academy and pass the RBT exam

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience as a Paraprofessional or Skills Trainer
• Interest in working with Autism and IDDs
• No prior experience necessary
