💼 About This Role

You'll assist students with diverse needs within the classroom, facilitating small group and individual instruction. You'll ensure access to the general education curriculum while maintaining a low student-teacher ratio. This role is essential for providing personalized attention and implementing behavior intervention plans.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work one-on-one with students with mild/moderate behavioral or academic needs
• Assist with instruction and supervision of students with learning differences
• Monitor student progress and provide input for evaluation
• Perform clerical support duties including note-taking for students

📋 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Associate's degree (or higher) or 48 eligible college units
• Experience in a school/learning environment preferred
