💼 About This Role

You'll contribute to the architecture and strategy of error correction in neutral atom quantum computers, working with a world-class team to advance fault-tolerant quantum computing. You will research quantum error correcting codes and implement demonstrations of fault-tolerant computation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Research quantum error correcting codes and fault-tolerant schemes
• Design and implement demonstrations of fault-tolerant quantum computation
• Perform real-time decoding and classical feedforward during computation
• Analyze data from quantum hardware performing error corrected computation

📋 Requirements

• PhD in Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience with quantum error correction theory
• Coding proficiency in Python and one compiled language (Rust, C, C++)
• Ability to translate research results into functional production code

✨ Nice to Have

• Willingness to learn AMO physics or quantum mechanics
• Experience with git version control
